Vitamin D Injection

Vitamin D helps regulate the amount of calcium and phosphate in the body. These nutrients are needed to keep bones, teeth and muscles healthy.

Strong, healthy bones and so reduces the risk of osteoporosis. Promotes a healthy heart and protects against heart disease. Boosts the immune system, improves mood and can help with Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).

A great booster for when the days are shorter and we don’t get enough Vitamin D from the sun. Injectable Vitamin D is an efficient and much faster way to achieve a boost compared to taking oral supplements as intramuscular injections work much faster and are more potent.

Every 6 months / once a year.

Side effects are generally non-existent or mild. You may experience some discomfort, bruising, redness, or tenderness at or around the injection site for a few hours. Some less common side effects may include nausea, loss of appetite and dehydration.
